Specialist gas workforce with an eye to the future
Comdain’s long-term presence and veteran experience in the gas distribution business has uniquely provided us with an opportunity for skills transfer and mentoring of trainees, apprentices and graduates.
Comdain’s Core Gas Skills Training Program (CGTP) to provides specialist skills development, enhancement and multiskilling training initiatives. In partnership with Swinburne University, National Competency training in ‘Gas Operations’ is provided to all gas personnel ranging from Certificate I (unskilled crew member) to Certificate IV (supervisors).
We also bring strong relationships with the various stakeholders involved in this type of work including road, rail and water authorities and align outcomes to deliver the best possible assets for a growing network.
